Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) / Master Degree (S2) in any major, except: Health Sciences / Nursing, Literature, Art, Teaching and Religious
  • Min. GPA 3.00 (S1), 3.20 (S2)
  • Max. 26 years old (S1), 28 years old (S2)
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Computer literate min. MS Office
  • Single and willing to not get married during the education period
  • Willing to undergo official ties
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Front Liners (Code: FL)

Requirements
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from accredited University
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Max. 24 years old when the selection process started
  • Good appearance
  • Computer literate min. MS Office
  • Single
  • Experience is not precedence

Human Capital Officer (Micro Banking)

Requirements
  • Male / Female, max. 35 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in S1 Psychology or Law
  • Min. GPA 2.75
  • Does not have family relation with Bank Mandiri employers (parents, older brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
  • Min. 2 years experience in HR Recruitment, Employee Development, Compensation and Benefit, Industrial Relations
  • Have good communication skills, neat, courteous with a high confidence is a plus

Corporate Transaction Sales

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (with minimum GPA: 2,75) in Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Others), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Economics, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Law or equivalent.
  • Max Age 35 years old
  • Having a good appearance
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in marketing / sales / relationship manager in Banking Industry
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to operate any system in information technology
  • Having professional experince in handling corporate customer and syndication
  • Knowledge in structured finance is preffered
  • Having a good product knowledge in cash management, trade service, trade finance and treasury transaction
  • Able to work independently and in a team

Relationship Manager Developer

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Have a good knowledge about consumer loan product.
  • Maintain a good relation with developer and brokerage house.
  • Have a good knowledge in computer (min. Microsoft Office) and could communicate in English.
  • Discipline, high motivated, responsible in achieving the target.
  • Could work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to be placed in Batam, Banjarmasin, Surabaya, Manado, Pekanbaru, Bandar Lampung, Denpasar, Samarinda.
