- Max. 35 years old
- Min. Ahli Nautika Tingkat III (ANT III) Degree
- Min. 2 years sailed as an Officer, preferably experienced as a Captain
- Willing to attend Diklat Calon Pandu
- Willing to be placed in all company operation area
- Healty and drug free
- Min. height 160 cm
- Not color-blind and normal visual acuity
- Fluent in English
- Have a good swimming ability
- Willing to undergo offices bond
