Duties and Responsibilities
- Following a comprehensive education program in Practical Guidance Program Specialist (CPA), where there will be a combination of education in the classroom and OJT (Internship Program). BPA program was established to provide the candidates with the potential to become future leaders with knowledge and training to prepare directly related to the company's core business processes.
- Learn the dynamics of the overall enterprise business processes, observation and analysis of field conditions.
- Make improvements to the process and development tools that can accelerate and streamline business processes, especially in Finance
Requirements
- Education Diploma 3 (D3) Department of Accounting, Economics and Management
- GPA min. 2.75 (scale 4)
- Age max. 25 years
- Excellent proficiency in Indonesian and English are actively either verbally or in writing
- Active in organized activities
- Willing to be placed in all business units Pertamina (Jakarta Raya, West Java, Central Java, East Java, East Kalimantan, Papua, Riau, South Sulawesi, South Sumatra, North Sumatra, Yogyakarta)
