Bank Mandiri was established on October 2, 1998, as part of a restructuring program undertaken by the government of Indonesia. In July 1999, four state banks - Bank Bumi Daya, Bank Dagang Negara, Bank Exim and Bapindo-merged into Bank Mandiri. Each of the four legacy banks play an integral role in the development of the Indonesian economy. Until today, the Bank continued the tradition for more than 140 years contributed to the banking industry and the Indonesian economy.

At that time, we closed 194 branches that were close together and reduce the number of employees, from 26,600 to 17,620 total combined. Bank Mandiri consistent efforts have garnered recognition from both domestic and international institutions.

- S1 Graduates from Economics, Law, Engineering, Social Sciences & Politics
- The college is accredited
- A minimum 2.75 grade
- Maximum age at the time of initial selection of 24.0 years
- Able interesting
- Not married
- Ability to operate a minimum of computer programs MS Office (Word Excel)
- Precedence sons of the region / originated from Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Papua, NTT & NTB
- Willing to be located in regions of origin: Borneo, Sulawesi, Papua, NTT & NTB
