Along time, the Bank BPD Kaltim growing. A number of business sectors were ogled to capitalize. But the umbrella of existing law, limited the space for developing BPD Kaltim dynamic.
Anticipation was done the owner, namely the Provincial Government and Regency / City-Kaltim, who proposed the return of change Regulation No. 02 of 2002 on Regional Development Bank Kaltim. April 26, 2006 was born Perda No. 02 of 2006 on the First Amendment of East Kalimantan Provincial Regulations No. 02 of 2002 on Regional Development Bank of East Kalimantan.

- Men
- Precedence already have a Certification of goods & services and / or experienced in the procurement of goods & services at least 2 (two) years
- Maximum age 32 (thirty two) years
- Minimum education S1 from the PTN / PTS accredited with GPA minimum of 2.75 and disciplines: civil engineering / electrical engineering / architect
- Strong communication in Indonesian and English with a good (active and passive)
- Willing to be placed on the entire working area of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Banks
Administrative Assistant (ADM)
- Male / female
- Maximum age 28 (twenty eight) years
- Education * Minimal D3 from PTN / PTS accredited with GPA minimum of 3.00 and disciplines: economics (accounting, management and economics and development studies), industrial engineering, law and the Mathematics and Science (mathematics, physics and statistics)
- Not Married (evidenced by the Certificate of KUA / Civil Registry) and would not get married during their training period
- Strong communication in Indonesian and English with a good (active and passive)
- Willing to be placed on the entire working area of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Banks
Programming Assistant and Assistant Technical Support (PGTS)
- Male / female
- Mastering: SQL, database & server, Visual Basic / Delphi / client service programming (for Programming Assistant) and hardware & Communicating (for an Assistant Technical Support)
- Maximum age 28 (twenty eight) years
- Minimum education S1 from the PTN / PTS accredited with GPA minimum of 3.00 and disciplines: engineering informatics, information management, information systems, computer engineering and computer science
- Not Married (evidenced by the Certificate of KUA / Civil Registry) and would not get married during their training period
- Strong communication in Indonesian and English with a good (active and passive)
- Willing to be placed on the entire working area of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Banks
Legal Assistant (LOF)
- Men
- Experience in the field of legal officer at least 2 (two) years
- Maximum age 30 (thirty) years
- Minimum education S1 from the PTN / PTS accredited with GPA minimum of 2.75 and disciplines: law
- Strong communication in Indonesian and English with a good (active and passive)
- Willing to be placed on the entire working area of the East Kalimantan Regional Development Banks
Audit Assistant (AUDI)
- Men
- Experience in the field of auditor / public accountant at least 2 (two) years
- Maximum age 30 (thirty) years
- Minimum education S1 from the PTN / PTS accredited with GPA minimum of 2.75 and disciplines: accounting
- Strong communication in Indonesian and English with a good (active and passive)
