KPC decision to proceed with the development of an export mine with a design capacity of 7 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) following detailed exploration and a feasibility study of prospects close to Sangatta. The prospect has substantial quantity of high quality coal reserves, is close to a coast line with deep water and is strategically located to service growing markets. KPC subsequently relinquished most of the original Agreement Area, retaining 1,961 sq. km

Requirements
- Hold an S1/S2 degree in the disciplines indicated above.
- Not older than 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S2) of age in the year of admittance.
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S2)
- Pass psychological test.
- Pass technical test.
- Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level).
- Pass medical test.

Responsibilities
Key elements of the position include:
- Coordinate implementation of KPC GDP, including participant training, development and assessment, to ensure program objectives are attained.
- Monitor progress of GDP participants on a regular basis and provide appropriate feedback to ensure they acquire required competencies in a timely manner.
- Deliver GDP induction and basic management training courses, and participate in delivery of professional development programs for KPC employees to raise their competency and performance levels.
- Coordinate promotion and selection as well as administer KPC’s scholarship schemes for university students to identify and attract potential talents.
- Demonstrate and encourage implementation of KPC business improvement, HSE, vision and missions in learning activities.
- Liaise with customers as required to provide information on learning programs and to gain feedback related to learning activities.
- Support implementation of KPC employee development system.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience.
- Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Sound computer skills in MS Office and other popular applications.
