• Applicants must be nationals of the Republic of Indonesia (WNI), son of local advantage;

• Education applicants D3 with minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 2.75 to 3.00 for PTN and PTS on a scale of 4, while applicants with education S1 with minimum GPA of 2.50 to 2.75 for PTN and PTS on a scale of 4 ;
• Applicants must be S1, S2 and so on rank and position or a grade D3 in synchronized with the needs of a diploma Pawnshop owned but can be used as a priority consideration for career ladder status and further;
• Preferably male sex;
• Minimum Height * 160 cm with proportionate body weight;
• Able attractive, energetic and friendly;
• Studies Program received: graduate Program of Economic Studies (Management, Accounting, Economics), Islamic Economics, Banking, Psychology, Computer, Law, Business Administration, Communication, Business Management, Statistics, Social Economics of Agriculture (Estate);
• Preferably a minimum of B-accredited majors (line accreditation BAN-PT);
• Preferably with working experience of reference Customer Service / Customer Service, cashier, hostess / flight attendant, Credit Analyst, Surveyor and Collector Financing Institutions, Office Administration;
• Preferably have the ability to operate MS Office;
• Not able to get married and not married for 1 year since he was appointed as Permanent Employees Pawnshop;
• Healthy Physical, Spiritual, Freedom from Drugs and the Use of Psychotropic Drugs, and not Color Blind.
