General Requirements :
- Indonesian citizen a good Muslim civil servants, military, police, PTT and Private Institutions Employees.
- Healthy, both physically and mentally (health certificate from the health center or state hospital).
- Aged 55 years except for a maximum of a strategic energy required.
- Has the education or expertise of its tasks is expressed by a certificate that has potential health pilgrimage.
- Have ATLS certificate, ATCLS, ACLS / gels for doctors and BTLS certification, BTCLS, BCLS, Emergency Nursing or PPGD for nurses / nurse midwife.
- Has a Certificate of Registration (STR) and Practice permit (SIP) for doctors and dentists
- Having a license Practice (SIP) and work permit nurses (SIKP) or SIB
- Prioritized has operational capabilities and computer skills (MS Word and MS Excel) for officers and Sanitation Surveillance Medical Record evidenced by a certificate from a direct supervisor.
- Prioritized has operational capabilities and computer skills (network, MS Word and MS Excel) for officers Siskohatkes evidenced by a certificate from a direct supervisor.
- Has work performance and good discipline, evidenced by a certificate from a direct supervisor.
- For female health workers in a state not pregnant at the time of the assignment.
- Husband and wife should not be applied as a health officer Hajj pilgrims in the same season.
- Letter of Permission from the husband of a female officer candidates who married and photocopy of marriage certificate.
