Mandiri Micro Manager (MMM)

Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Leading and Preschool micro-credit units
• Develop a portfolio of credit
• Conduct supervision of credit
• Coordinating Team Sales
• Providing appropriate decisions limit the authority of credit
• Handling credit administrast
• Conducting monitoring and billing

Qualifications :

• Births: Male / Female, max. 35 years
• Pendidikan min. D3 (mainly S1)
• GPA min. 2.50
• Not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
• Work experience min. 5 years: 3 years in the field of micro credit & 2 years of which had led micro finance units.
• Having good communication skills, neat, courteous with high confidence that the value added
