Regional Human Capital Region KaSulPa Officer (Code: RHCO KASULPA)

Responsibilities :
* Organizing & hands-on recruitment activities for the Regional

• Identified and Collaborating with recruitment channels to provide the best fit candidate
• Coordinating with business users to finalize in selecting and targeting candidate
• Administer human working capital purpose and regular reporting

Requirements :

• Graduate degree in Psychology is a must (S-1 Psychology)

Organization Development Officer - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• In coordination with Relationship Manager Develop & Implement Compensation & Benefit schemes for business units
• Support business performance through design & develop an effective organization structure, KPI and doing Performance Management within the bank
• Develop, maintain and monitor the database project as part of OD related strategic initiatives
• * Perform other roles and duties as determined by the company from time to time

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Maximum 30 years old age
• Graduate Degree in related majors (S1)
• Having at least 2 (Two) years experience hands-on Human Resources Area in Medium to Large Company Size (Employees more than 200 people)
• Understanding of the banking business process & Related corporate HR policy
• Able to use Microsoft Excel at Intermediate Level for managing a medium size database
• Posses strong conceptual & analytical and able to manage work by him / her self

Incentive Operation Officer (Code: IOO) - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• In cooperation with related work units to ensure the application of incentives is always updated in accordance with management decisions.
• Running the calculation process (application) incentives and ensure the results of these calculations in accordance with the concept of incentives that have been set management.
• Conducting ongoing improvements to enhance the performance of operational processes and administrative incentives calculation

Requirements

• Minimal S1 with minimum GPA 3
• Male / female, maximum age 35 years
• Have integrity, rigorous and disciplined
• Open to fresh graduates, preferably experienced in the areas of incentives / MIS / finance
• Like the quantitative analysis
• Mastering Ms. Office (especially Excel)
