PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk (Bank Danamon) was established in 1956 with the name of PT Bank Kopra Indonesia. In 1976 its name to Bank Danamon Indonesia until now. The Bank became the first private foreign exchange bank in Indonesia in 1976 and publicly listed in 1989.

In 1997, as a result of the Asian financial crisis, Bank Danamon ran into liquidity insolvency and was taken over by the National Bank Restructuring Agency (IBRA) as a BTO banks. In 1999, the government through IBRA Indonesia Bank Danamon merekapitalisasi government bonds valued at Rp 32 trillion. In that instant, a BTO banks merged into the Company as part of the reform program of IBRA.

In 2000, eight other BTO banks merged into Bank Danamon. However, as the surviving entity, Bank Danamon rose to be one of the pillars of national banks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's, preferably from the following major:Economics / Management / Finance / Engineering
• GPA min 3.00
• Fresh graduate or with max. two years working experience
• Maximum 28 years of age
• Exhibits an excellent Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Office.

Within the next three years, Bank Danamon broad restructuring include management, human, organizational, systems, values and identity corporate behavior. Commercial Management Trainee

You will be required to undergo an intensive in-class and out-class training, to become Commercial Relationship Officer (RO) upon completion of the program. As RO, you are not solely concerned with bringing in new customers but also maintaining existing customers. You will ensure the delivery of targeted revenue, both funding and lending with support from Business Manager as your mentor.

Specific accountabilities encompass

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from the following Major: Economics, Management, Marketing.
• Demonstrates good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Exhibits an excellent Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point.
• Shows set of prominent interpersonal skills with an outstanding communication proficiency.
• Having a deep and sharp analytical aptitude toward business.
• Keen to be flexible and mobile
• Displays a fine networking ability to enhance business’ growth

Commercial Funding Officer Trainee

You will be required to undergo an extensive and enhance in-class and out-class training to become Commercial Relationship Officer Funding (RO - Funding). As RO, you are not solely concerned with bringing in new customers but also maintaining existing customers. You will ensure the delivery of revenue particularly in funding assigned monthly and annually with supporting from Business Manager as your mentor.

Specific accountabilities encompass

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably from the following Major: Economics, Management and Marketing.
• Demonstrates good command of English, both verbal and written.
• Exhibits an excellent Ms. Office skill, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point.
