Legal Expert (Seluruh Unit Usaha Pertamina)

Duties and Responsibilities

* To review the legal analysis of capital market industry in general, both domestically and regionally to assess the risk of legal problems associated with the Company.
* Formulate recommendations positioning the company from a legal standpoint associated with the dynamics and market sentiment.
* The preparation of periodic reports on developments related to the regulation of capital markets and financial markets that have relevance to the Company.
* Coordinate with corporate legal function and legal functions throughout the directorate and its subsidiaries related to the interests as a public company
* Evaluate based on legal review of relevant and important information about the company in accordance with the requirements relating to investor and other requirements that must be met relating to the status as a public company.

* To review the capital market industry analysis in general either in domestic or regional maps to assess the movement of money and capital flows (capital flow) within and among sectors of the business / industry as well as money and capital flows into and out of the capital market (capital flight).
* To review the mining industry and energy sectors in the capital market and its dynamics analysis of similar companies in that sector (peer group companies) includes the volume of transactions, partnerships, cross-investments both domestically and regionally.
* Assessing the industrial sectors outside mining and energy sector as a comparison and key factors that cause the dynamics of investment flows and capital movements including the steps undertaken by the capital market and the company concerned.
* Analyze capital market liquidity, trends and financial instruments that are relevant to assess the attractiveness of financing instruments in accordance with the conditions and needs of the company.
* Develop recommendations related to the dynamics of corporate positioning and market sentiment.
* Maintain relations and communications with analysts in capital markets.
* Prepare periodic reports on the development of capital markets and financial markets that have relevance to the company.

PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) incorporated in Indonesia with BP and CRA each holding 50% of the shares. KPC licensed to conduct exploration and mining of coal based on a Coal Contract of Works (CCOW) with the concession covering 90,706 ha. The Indonesian State Coal Company (PTBA) to receive 13.5% entitlement of all production

KPC decision to proceed with the development of an export mine with a design capacity of 7 million tonnes per annum (Mtpa) following detailed exploration and a feasibility study of prospects close to Sangatta. The prospect has substantial quantity of high quality coal reserves, is close to a coast line with deep water and is strategically located to service growing markets. KPC subsequently relinquished most of the original Agreement Area, retaining 1,961 sq. km

Normally, the pharmaceutical market in Indonesia grows at2 - 3 times the rate of GDP growth. In 2005, factors such as reduced consumer purchasing power, high inflation rates and the depreciation in the value of the Rupiah contributed to the fact that the industry grew at a slightly slower rate than in previous years, expanding at the rate of 13.5% to a total value of Rp. 23.608 trillion.

It should be noted that while the majority of raw materials for the industry are imported, and therefore vulnerable to effects of depreciation in the value of the Rupiah, the ability of the pharmaceuticals industry to increase the price of its products is constrained by consumers’ ability to pay. Therefore, price increases are usually less than the inflation rate. With the depreciation in the value of the Rupiah against US Dollar over 2005 of 5.81%, from Rp. 9,290 at the end of 2004 to Rp. 9,830 at the end of 2005, and an inflation rate of 17.11%, the competitive pressures on players in the pharmaceutical industry were considerable.

Demonstrated ability to drive incident free HSE radium.
Capable of managing contracts; monitoring and approving contractors plans, procedures, end work output knowledge of contract management procedures.

Review technical/engineering deliverable to ensure the quality criteria is fulfilled.
Review and approve contractor project quality system/plan.

Requirement

Degree in mechanical or structural or other related engineering with at leant 10 years working experience (PQA/QC) and 5 years working experience (QA/QC Eng) in oil and gas industry.
Knowledge in quality Management System for oil and gas Industry and 1S09000 is preferred.
Experienced in quality System Audit hr Refinery or Petrochemical Plant works.
Review with industrial code/standard for oil and gas Industry.
Good leadership and has an excellent communications skill amongst horizontal and vertical lines in the specifications
Having a certification on QMS Auditor and/or one of equipment, welding is a plus.

Fabrication & Modification Engineer (FME)

Responsibility

Plan and coordinate site survey related with measurement & constructability that era to be carried out by fabrication & modification team and contractor as well.
