Legal Expert (Seluruh Unit Usaha Pertamina)



Duties and Responsibilities
  • * To review the legal analysis of capital market industry in general, both domestically and regionally to assess the risk of legal problems associated with the Company.
  • * Formulate recommendations positioning the company from a legal standpoint associated with the dynamics and market sentiment.
  • * The preparation of periodic reports on developments related to the regulation of capital markets and financial markets that have relevance to the Company.
  • * Coordinate with corporate legal function and legal functions throughout the directorate and its subsidiaries related to the interests as a public company
  • * Evaluate based on legal review of relevant and important information about the company in accordance with the requirements relating to investor and other requirements that must be met relating to the status as a public company.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities
  • * To review the capital market industry analysis in general either in domestic or regional maps to assess the movement of money and capital flows (capital flow) within and among sectors of the business / industry as well as money and capital flows into and out of the capital market (capital flight).
  • * To review the mining industry and energy sectors in the capital market and its dynamics analysis of similar companies in that sector (peer group companies) includes the volume of transactions, partnerships, cross-investments both domestically and regionally.
  • * Assessing the industrial sectors outside mining and energy sector as a comparison and key factors that cause the dynamics of investment flows and capital movements including the steps undertaken by the capital market and the company concerned.
  • * Analyze capital market liquidity, trends and financial instruments that are relevant to assess the attractiveness of financing instruments in accordance with the conditions and needs of the company.
  • * Develop recommendations related to the dynamics of corporate positioning and market sentiment.
  • * Maintain relations and communications with analysts in capital markets.
  • * Prepare periodic reports on the development of capital markets and financial markets that have relevance to the company.

Requirements
  • * S1 Finance / Business / Economics / Accounting
  • * Having knowledge of capital markets, financing, and oil and gas business
